By accessing or using MenuLingo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MenuLingo is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered multilingual menu translation, allergen detection, and QR code generation for restaurants. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with translations and allergen identification, but all outputs must be reviewed and confirmed by the restaurant owner before publication.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Allergen Information Disclaimer
MenuLingo provides AI-assisted allergen detection as a tool to help restaurants identify potential allergens in their menu items. However, the restaurant owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of all allergen information displayed to diners. MenuLingo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated allergen suggestions. All allergen information must be confirmed by the restaurant owner before publication.
5. Free Trial and Billing
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to MenuLingo, including menu items, descriptions, and images. You grant MenuLingo a licence to process, translate, and display your content as part of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
MenuLingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated translations or allergen suggestions. The restaurant owner bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all published menu information.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
